These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the By-CRTN webshop. By
placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer, order and agreement made through the By-CRTN website. By using our website or placing an order, you accept these
Terms & Conditions.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or
unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Products
We aim to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours, textures and details may appear differently depending on your screen or device.
Minor differences between product images and the delivered product do not constitute
grounds for cancellation or compensation.
All products are subject to availability.
4. Prices
All prices shown on our website are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Shipping
costs are calculated separately during checkout and will be clearly displayed
before completing your order.
By-CRTN
reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect
orders that have already been confirmed.
5. Orders
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
By-CRTN reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances,
including but not limited to:
• Incorrect pricing due to technical errors
• Suspected fraud
• Payment issues
• Unavailability of products
If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued.
6. Payment
Orders must be paid using one of the payment methods offered during checkout.
Your order will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.

Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control,
including courier delays or customs procedures.
By-CRTN
cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
8. Returns
Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days after receiving it.
Returned items must:
• Be unworn
• Be unused
• Be unwashed
• Include original tags
• Be returned in their original packaging where reasonably possible
Items
showing signs of wear, washing or damage may not be eligible for a refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be
processed using the original payment method.
9. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or product, please return your original order and
place a new order through our website.
10. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48
hours of delivery at:

11. Warranty
Our products are covered by the statutory warranty applicable under Dutch law.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

13. Limitation of Liability
By-CRTN shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting
from the use of our products or website.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability where such limitation is not
permitted under applicable law.
14. Force Majeure
By-CRTN shall not be liable for delays or failure to fulfil obligations caused by
events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters
•Government restrictions
• Strikes
• Transportation disruptions
• Technical failures
• Pandemics
15. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that your personal information will be processed for order fulfilment, customer support and legal obligations.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands unless
mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
