At By-CRTN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of
receiving your package.

Please read the information below carefully before returning your order.

Return Request

To start a return, you must first contact our customer support team.

In your
email, please include:

• Your full name

• Your order number

• The item(s) you wish to return

• The reason for your return (optional)

Once your
request has been reviewed, you will receive further return instructions.

Please do not send your return before contacting us.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must:

• Be returned within 14 days of delivery;

• Be unworn, unused and unwashed;

• Have all original tags attached;

• Be returned in their original packaging where reasonably possible;

• Be in the same condition as received.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as By-CRTN cannot be held
responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment
method.

Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48
hours of delivery.

• Clear photographs of the product and its packaging.

We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible. 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or another product, please return your original
item and place a new order through our website.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The product has been worn or used;

• The product has been washed;

• Original tags have been removed;

• The item is damaged due to improper use;

• The return request was submitted after the 14-day return period.
